• Please telephone the surgery at 8.00am for a morning appointment and at 1.00pm for an afternoon appointment on the day you need and the receptionist will accommodate you.
   
• At either surgery you can see any doctor you choose, not just the one you are registered with.
   
• Telephone consultations are available at request if you think you just want some advice and that it can be dealt with over the phone.
   
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
   
• Please don't "squeeze in" other people to your slot.
   
• Please don't save up problems for one appointment.  Appointments are for 10 minutes only.

urgent appointments

If you have a sudden need to see the doctor and cannot possibly wait for a normal appointment, please tell the receptionist and she will arrange this for you. However, we may not be able to offer you the time or doctor of your choice. Please inform the surgery as early as possible.
