REPEAT PRESCRIPTONS
Please order your repeat prescription for
collection before the surgeries close for
Christmas no later than 5pm MONDAY 19th DECEMBER. Requests received after this time WILL NOT be guaranteed ready before Christmas.
Please ensure you collect your prescription before your surgery closes on FRIDAY 23rd DECEMBER.
