Our efficient teams of receptionists are led by Mrs Mary Mitchell at Bedwell Medical Centre and Roebuck Surgery.

The receptionists have a difficult job to do and are here to help you. Please remember that if you are kept waiting or are asked some apparently irritating questions it is because our policy is aimed at the smooth and safe running of the practice. We do need to ascertain the urgency of particular requests and sometimes spend longer with patients than we have allowed.
