REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD

Please order your repeat prescription for collection before the surgeries close for Christmas no later than 5pm MONDAY 19th DECEMBER. Requests received after this time WILL NOT be guaranteed ready before Christmas.

Please ensure you collect your prescription before your surgery closes on FRIDAY 23rd DECEMBER.
 

a repeat prescription can be ordered by:

1. Sending us your computer slip (ticked with the items you require) with a stamped self-addressed envelope.
    
2. Leaving your computer slip (ticked with the items you require) at reception and picking up the prescription two WORKING days later.
    
3. Leaving your completed computer slip at reception when collecting your current prescription. It will automatically be ready three weeks later.

Please note:

• At present we are unable to take prescription orders via email or internet.
• Prescription details are not accepted over the telephone.
• Always order your prescription in good time - don't wait until your medication has run out.
• Some chemists will collect your prescription from the surgery for you.  Please ask at reception for details.
