Patient Partner is working well and we have
received lots of positive feedback from patients
who have used the system.
Following patient
feedback, we have now separated morning and
afternoon appointments, making the system even
easier and quicker to use.
To use Patient Partner you can
call the main Bedwell Medical Centre number
01438 311130 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
to make, change, check or cancel a routine GP
appointment.
Patients
registered at Roebuck surgery should also this
number to use the automated system.
If you wish to
book a nurse, healthcare assistant
or chronic disease review
appointment, you will still need to speak to a
receptionist during normal surgery hours.
Patient Partner is for booking routine GP
appointments only.
To use Patient
Partner, the surgery must have your correct
telephone number on record, as this is used to
help identify you. Please ensure we have
up-to-date contact details for you.
